Special Events

Camp Colton is the ideal venue for your birthday, anniversary, retirement or holiday party. Our chapel is a beautiful, historic building with unbelievable acoustics and can accommodate up to 200 guests. Our reception lodge is a 3000 square foot room of incomparable beauty, equipped with wood floors, vaulted ceilings and gorgeous wood beams. The Lodge can comfortably accommodate groups of 15 to 200 guests. We also have an outdoor reception area that can be used as weather permits, which is surrounded by towering fir and cedar trees, a rushing creek, and romantic lighting. No matter what the occasion, the setting will be perfect!

Chapel Rates

$350 half day (4 hrs), $500 all day (9 hrs): Monday-Thursday
$250 per hour: Friday-Sunday

Lodge Rates

$350 half day (4 hrs), $500 all day (8am-5pm): Monday-Thursday
$250 per hour: 5pm-11pm M-TH and all hours Friday-Sunday

Includes use of guest tables, chairs, buffets and banquet tables

Terms

Reserve your date as soon as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts. A signed contract and a refundable (except in the case of cancellations) deposit of $250.00 will reserve your date. You may select any professional caterer, and receive a discount if you chose one from our recommended list. Self-catering requires a $250 cleaning deposit, refundable if there is no damage or excessive cleanup required. Because Camp Colton is an environmentally friendly venue, it does not permit the use of disposable tableware; all tableware can be rented through Camp Colton, or provided through your contracted caterer. All events must be scheduled to end by 11pm; alcohol service and music are discontinued one hour prior to the end of your event (no later than 10pm). The balance of fees are due 30 days prior to your scheduled event, along with a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 single event coverage. These event policies are available separately, but can sometimes be acquired as a rider or umbrella on your homeowner's policy.
