Day use of one of our beautifully-appointed cottages located near the chapel and hall for prep, dressing, staging, etc.

Additional Bedding
2 pillows, pillowcases sheet set, blankets and towels. Available as an add-on to accommodations packages (which include bedding) only. Bedding and towels will be left for you to use on your own bed rolls, cots, sleeping bags etc. Indoor use only.

West Side Fire Pit
Gather ‘round the fire pit as your evening event winds down. We will set up and provide firewood for our designated fire pit area in our Shady Grove behind the Gathering Hall. Adult supervision is required for the duration of use. Availability dependent on fire danger level

East Side Photo Shoot
Access for you and your photographer to our picturesque East side (pond, bridges, waterfall, meadow, cedar circle and hiking trails) for one hour

Notes:
‘Day use’ is defined as being available starting at the earliest contracted start time of the Reception Hall or Chapel, and concluding at the latest contracted end time of the Reception Hall or Chapel.
Event Hall indoor capacity is 175 people for dining, 245 people without use of dinner tables. Larger groups must partially utilize outdoor space.
Event Hall equipment included with Hall rental - (20) 72” Round Tables, (10) Bistro Tables & Chairs available for up to 200ppl. (Hall indoor capacity is 175ppl for dining, & 245ppl without use of dinner tables. Groups over 175 must partially utilize outdoor space. Outdoor seating uses alternate chairs unless use of a tent or clear weather is confirmed.
