The maximum total number of guests (including the wedding party) we can accommodate at a reception at the Gathering Hall is 200 (limit is 175 for seating if indoor only).
The maximum number of guests we can accommodate at a rehearsal dinner (included in the Wedding Weekend package only) is 50.
CLASSIC ELEGANCE PACKAGE
Gates open 10 hours (1PM to 11PM)
Access to the West side of the grounds includes:
Reception Hall & Serving Kitchen
Indoor dining up to 175 people (or up to 200 people with use of back patio) table and chair set-up, bar set-up with two built-built in taps, ice & keg holders
Seated outdoor ceremony option included
Scheduled weekday 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
Day use of TWO getting-ready cottages
One hour of scheduled East side access for photos at lake, meadow, waterfall, and woods and trail use
Basic Linens (tablecloths in white, ivory or black, and napkins in your choice of color)
Basic Place Settings (Dinner plate, cake plate, dinner fork, cake fork, spoon, knife, water glass, handmade mug)
Barware
PA System
Golf Cart (staff-operated)
Additional event staffing including: Event Coordinator and dishwashers

WEDDING WEEKEND PACKAGE
Friday at 3:00PM - Sunday 11:00AM except as noted
The Wedding Weekend Package means your party doesn’t have to end when the reception is over with our on-site accommodations and other amenities. Your Wedding Weekend includes everything in the Classic Elegance Package, PLUS:
Exclusive access to the East side of our wooded grounds for additional ceremony sites, rehearsal dinner extended photo opportunities, pond, bridges, waterfall, meadow, cedar circle and hiking trails
Accommodations for 50 of your closest friends & family! There are lots of options for indoor lodging, glamping, and camping. Inquire about larger groups.
Two Cottages (easy access to Chapel and Hall) for getting ready and overnight stay from Friday at 3PM - Sunday 11AM
Scheduled 1-hour Friday ceremony rehearsal
Scheduled Friday rehearsal dinner (maximum 50 guests, including the wedding party)
Hall access for vendors & decoration as early as Friday 11AM
Access to River Falls Lodge (includes full kitchen for extra meals and rehearsal dinner)
Saturday Gazebo fire pit after hours party, including set-up

FOR ALL PACKAGES:
- Chapel capacity is 250 people max
- NO food or drink permitted in the Chapel
- Gathering Hall seated indoor capacity is 175. Larger groups must partially utilize outdoor patio(s). Outdoor seating uses alternate chairs unless use of a tent or clear weather is confirmed.
- Event Hall Kitchen may be used by licensed caterers ONLY for staging, serving, simple reheating, food arrangement and clean-up purposes only. Onsite meal preparation is not permitted. Access to refrigerators and ice machine included.
- ‘Day use’ is defined as being available starting at the earliest contracted start time of the Reception Hall or Chapel, and concluding at the latest contracted end time of the Reception Hall or Chapel.
