Wedding & Event Coordinator

Camp Colton’s Wedding & Event Coordinators serve as on-site coordinators for weddings and events on campus. This role reports directly to the Director of Event Operations and works closely with the Programs Team to ensure seamless alignment across all departments throughout the planning process.

The Wedding & Event Coordinator is responsible for executing the contract and managing all client coordination and communication before, during, and after the contracted dates. Events range from multi day weddings to weeklong workshops, non profit programs, and corporate retreats.

Key responsibilities include providing tours to potential clients and partners, facilitating rehearsals, managing event staff, and ensuring smooth operations on the day of the event. As the main point of contact between Camp Colton and the clients, the Coordinator must anticipate upcoming events, gather necessary information from clients, and ensure that facilities and events staff are fully prepared to meet all client needs in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate grace under pressure, possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be a team player, and maintain clear communication with both clients and Camp staff across all platforms.

Office/Site Manager

As a key member of the Camp Colton team, the Office/Site Manager is the heart of the camp, bringing a welcoming, approachable presence to both visitors and staff. Acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, this individual ensures the smooth operation of daily activities and supports a variety of administrative and operational functions. The role is a blend of office management, guest services, and outdoor engagement, making it an ideal fit for someone who enjoys both office work and spending time in nature.
